Police have identified a 21-year old man who was shot to death in the southwestern Illinois village of Cahokia.  Saint Clair County Coroner Rick Stone says Rahmahjae Rogers was shot in the head about 10:30 PM Monday while standing by a van.  Relatives took him to a hospital, where he died.  The possible motive for the shooting was unclear.  Investigators say two people are being questioned in the case.  There’s no immediate word on charges.
