The Saint Louis Cardinals lost 4 to 1 to the New York Mets yesterday.  They now take on the Pittsburg Pirates this weekend.

The Nashville Hornettes softball team beat Murphysboro 8 to 6 yesterday and takes on Pinckneyville today.  The game is at 4:30 and it is on the V and v1047.com.  Then tomorrow, it’s the Nashville Softball Invitational Tournament with 8 teams.  Nashville will take on Lebanon at 9 AM, then, win or lose, play at noon.  If they play again, it would be at either at either 3 or 4:30 PM.  All Hornette games will be on the V and v1047.com.

The Nashville Hornet baseball team beat Pinckneyville 10 to 5 yesterday.  They now travel to Teutopolis to play 2 games tomorrow.  At 10 AM they play Teutopolis and then play Breese Central right after that.
