The U.S. Embassy in Kabul says the three hospital staff killed today, when an Afghan guard opened fire, were American doctors.  Police in Afghanistan say the security guard was assigned to guard Cure Hospital in the west of Kabul, when this morning he pulled out his gun and suddenly started shooting.  Two other people were wounded.
