HARRISBURG, IL — A Harrisburg man is facing many different sex crimes charges after his arrest on Tuesday. According to court records, 55-year-old Sherman L. Owen was arrested on multiple different charges including of sexual abuse and child pornography.
Owen is facing one count of child pornography with a victim under the age of 13 years old, a Class X felony. He is also charged with nine additional felony counts including aggravated criminal sexual abuse, criminal sexual assault, and multiple counts of possession of child pornography.
A statement was released Tuesday evening from Bulldog Media, where Owen was a founding member and part owner.

Owen made his initial appearance in Saline County court today. A preliminary hearing has been scheduled for February 10th.
