BARNES SAYS IF SOMEONE IS EXPERIENCE THOSE SYMPTOMS OR OTHERS LIKE CONFUSION, SLURRED SPEECH OR SEIZURES, YOU SHOULD CALL 9-1-1.

THE PRECURSOR IS HEAT EXHAUSTION, WHERE YOU MAY FEEL NAUSEA, DIZZINESS, SHALLOW BREATHING AND COOL, CLAMMY SKIN.

IN THAT CASE, BARNES RECOMMENDS GETTING INDOORS OR INTO THE SHADE, DRINKING WATER AND EVEN IMMERSING YOUR FEET IN COLD WATER CAN HELP.
