The plea deal states the charges of felony domestic battery and violation of pretrial release for returning to the home in which he was being charged with criminal trespassing to in the first place, will both be dropped. Scott was also charged with and sentenced to a concurrent 4-year term for aggravated battery to another inmate while in custody at the Marion County Jail in September of 2023.
