NASHVILLE, Ill. — Bradford National Bank in Nashville, Ill. joined with SSM Cardinal Glennon Children’s Hospital in St. Louis this holiday season to collect toys for children residing at the hospital during Christmas.

Bradford National Bank aimed to help Yachts to Sea achieve their goal of collecting a “boatload of toys” by asking employees and customers to donate to the toy drive.

Bradford also promised to match the number of toys collected by its employees and customers. Cindy Engelman and Anna Birkner delivered the bank’s collection of toys and estimated a total of around 400 toys donated from Bradford staff and customers.

Brandon Frederking, Sales Manager at Yachts to Sea, stated this was the third year for the Boatload of Toys and the event was an overwhelming success.

In total, Yachts to Sea delivered nearly 800 toys to Cardinal Glennon along with substantial monetary donations with an estimated total value between toys and monetary donations of nearly $15,000.
