EAST ST. LOUIS — A 33-year-old Centralia man pleaded guilty Tuesday in federal court in East St. Louis to count one of a two-count federal indictment against him.
Ricardo Little admitted in court Tuesday that he knowingly distributed more than 50 grams of methamphetamine Ice in Centralia.
Court documents show that on October 13, 2021, a confidential source agreed to purchase $2,000 worth of Ice from Little at a home on Case Street in Centralia and that the purchase was arranged with Little’s sister Ricosha Young. Young is also indicted on federal drug charges and is scheduled for a July jury trial.
When the confidential source took the purchased drugs to the Centralia Police Department, it tested positive as methamphetamine and weighed 82 grams.
Little was arrested days later when an FBI SWAT Team executed a search warrant at the Case Street residence.
He’s facing between 5 and 40 years in federal prison when he’s scheduled to be sentenced in July.
