Mrs. Shirley A. Farley of Nashville, IL departed this life at the Good Samaritan Hospital in Mt. Vernon, IL on Thursday, November 19, 2015 at 3:28 P.M.  She had attained the age of 73 years, 11 months and 15 days.

Per the wishes of Shirley and her family, cremation was performed.  There will be no public services.

Should friends desire memorials may be made to the Washington County Vocational Workshop and will be accepted by the Campagna Funeral Home, in charge of arrangements.
