Besides responding to some accidents in the past week, the Nashville Police Department responded to a vehicle fire near North Buhrman Street on East Saint Louis Street last Tuesday. They also took a report of property damage to a residence on the 700 block of East Holzhauer Street, responded to a subject walking on Route127 at Mockingbird Road and took a report of threats from someone on East Memorial Drive. On Wednesday, they conducted a welfare check on the 400 block of South Kaskaskia Street. Then on Thursday, officers responded to the 700 block of South Mill Street for a domestic dispute, took a report of fraud from a person on the 300 block of East Alton Street and responded to an alarm on the 1500 block of South Mill Street. They also responded to a complaint of people in a black truck selling meat out of freezers in the back. Police located the truck on East Chester Street at South Mill Street and advised them that they needed a permit to solicit and they were escorted out of town. On Friday, they took a report of threats from someone on the 300 block of West Maple Street, responded to an alarm on the 100 block of South Washington Street and responded to the 11,600 block of Route 127 for a 911 hang-up call. On Saturday, the NPD responded to the 1700 block of South Mill Street for a theft, went to the area of West Saint Louis Street and South Grand Avenue for suspicious activity, responded to the 800 block of East Lebanon Street for a domestic dispute, went to the 100 block of East David Drive for a 911 hang-up call and responded to the 300 block of West High Street for a civil dispute.
