The Super Bowl is set in 2 weeks with the Denver Broncos taking on the Seattle Seahawks.  Denver beat New England 26 to 16 and Seattle beat San Francisco 23 to 17.

The Nashville Hornets beat DuQuoin 39 to 23 on Friday night.  They begin the Nashville Invitational Tournament tomorrow night against Breese Central in the second game.  The tourney opens with Waterloo Gibault against Mascoutah at 6:30 PM.  All games through Saturday are on the V and v1047.com.

The Nashville Hornettes began the Highland Tournament Saturday with a 43 to 33 win against Nokomis.  They now play tonight at 8:30 PM against Mater Dei and that game will be on the V and v1047.com.  Also, the Okawville Lady Rockets lost 38 to 15 to Teutopolis.  They play tomorrow against Wesclin at 4 PM and that game will be on the V and v1047.com.
