Activity, besides traffic stops, was down for the Nashville Police Department in the past week.  They responded to 6 calls, which included a theft of a registration sticker off a vehicle, some harassment calls, a child custody dispute and a report of threats, as well as a drive off without paying for gas at one of the gas pumps out near Interstate 64.  One of the traffic stops led to an arrest on Monday, December 16^th.  According to their report, they stopped a vehicle on route 127 just north of Enterprise Avenue in the afternoon.  29-year old Jacob R. Evans of Oakdale had an In-State Warrant, but was taken into custody for allegedly having less than 10 grams of Cannabis and a hypodermic syringe or needle in his possession at the time of the stop.  He was charged with Possession of Cannabis and Unlawful Possession of a Hypodermic Syringe or Needle and had bond set at $1,500.  He was later bailed out with $150.
