The BCMW Community Services will begin making appointments tomorrow for all low-income households for the Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program, otherwise known as LIHEAP.  The program allowed a priority period for certain individuals who met certain criteria in September and October, but tomorrow all other households can contact BCMW for appointments to gain help in paying for utilities.  There are still requirements that must be met to receive help.  In Bond County, call 664-3309, in Clinton County call 526-7123, in Marion County call 532-7388 in Centralia and in Washington County call 327-8476.
